The Chatham County Partnership for Children is home to the Smart Start and NC Pre-K program for North Carolina. The Partnership is made up of a staff of 8 and a Board of Directors of 20. We provide funds and guidance for programs and services aimed at helping all young children to grow strong and healthy, stay safe and become ready for success in school.
